Instructions to submit an abstract

Abstracts are limited to 200 words in length and must be written on a single page (8 1/2 x 11). Use a 12-point serif font (e.g., Times, Times Roman) and leave 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins left, right, top, and bottom. Center the title (all-caps, bold type) at the top of the page. Leave one blank line after the title and list all authors and their affiliations. Bold and italicize the name of the intended speaker. Leave one blank line between paragraphs.

Abstract must be sent by e-mail at ATGQ@cnrc-nrc.gc.ca.

Upon receipt of the abstract, further details concerning the installation of your poster will follow. Please take note that poster boards are limited in size to four feet high by eight feet wide (4'x8').
